I use mainly a fantastic little programme called ‘Photoscape’, which is a free download (for PC only though I think). It’s a great beginners suite with a load of useful features. I would highly recommend it. Very occasionally I use Photoshop which, if you have half a brain, can be ‘free’ as well.
